Dr. Peter N. Lammens graduated from Brockville Collegiate in 1983 and is being recognized for his contributions to the field of Orthopaedic surgery.

While at BCI, where he graduated as an Ontario Scholar, Dr. Lammens spent part of his time at the Brockville Yacht Club in the racing program where he won the Ontario Championship for a three man boat in the16 and under age category. He also volunteered at the Brockville General Hospital, working with elderly patients, which started him on his career in medicine.

Dr. Lammens earned a degree in Biochemistry from Queen’s University in 1985, before completing his medical degree at the University of Toronto in 1990. In 1995, Dr. Lammens completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at the University of Western Ontario and a Total Joint and Trauma Fellowship at Dalhousie University in 1996. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.

Currently, Dr. Lammens works at the Panorama Orthopedics & Spine Center in Colorado where he specializes in Orthopedic Trauma and Total Joint Replacement. He resides in Golden, Colorado, with his wife, Shelly, and two children, Julia and Simon.
