Transcript Requests

  • Upon graduation, each student is provided with an official student transcript. Ontario Student Transcripts are also available to all former and current students upon request. If you require an official or electronic copy of your Ontario Student Transcript from BCI, please contact Stephanie Finer at [email protected] , or by phone at (613) 345-5641 Ext. 508. You should be prepared with the following information:
  1. Your complete first and last name while in attendance at BCI;
  2. Your date of birth;
  3. Reason for request (i.e. University, College, Employment, or other);
  4. Contact information: email address, mailing address, phone number.
  • Please note that, for students who have been out of school for more than one year, a fee of $5.00, will be charged for each certified copy, payable to the school by cash or cheque. If Priority Post is required, an additional $5.00 will apply. There is no charge for photocopies or electronic copies.
